🐾 Key Responsibilities

• Process and input sales orders received from the sales team.
• Prepare and organize daily orders for dispatch, ensuring proper allocation by delivery area.
• Coordinate with the storekeeper and drivers to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
• Verify that vans are correctly loaded before dispatch.
• Record and reconcile payments for orders.
• Maintain accurate filing systems and documentation.
• Track employee leave records and assist with basic HR administration.
• Handle and reconcile drivers’ daily funds.

• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Great communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry.

Pet Shop Merchandiser

Location: Malta Only

Job Summary:
Pet Nutrition House Ltd. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team! As a Pet Shop Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our pet food and accessories are well-stocked, attractively displayed, and effectively promoted across retail locations in Malta. You’ll play a key role in increasing product visibility and driving sales for our premium brands, Prince and Princess.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit pet stores and retail outlets to ensure our products are displayed according to planograms.
• Maintain and replenish product stock levels, ensuring shelves are always well-stocked.
• Create attractive displays to maximize visibility and consumer engagement.
• Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages or issues to management.
• Implement promotional materials, such as banners, shelf talkers, and signage, as part of marketing campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store staff and managers.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Ensure products are correctly priced and promote any ongoing offers.
• Provide feedback on customer preferences and competitor activities.
• Occasional Promoter duties to engage with customers, explain product benefits, and boost in-store promotions.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in merchandising or retail, preferably in the pet industry.
• Valid driving Maltese license (required for travel between store locations).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity for creating effective displays.
• Ability to travel between multiple retail locations in Malta.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in both Maltese and English would be considered an asset.
• Passion for pets and knowledge of pet food and accessories is a plus.
